Refund & Replacement Policy
At Trinket By Raga, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a No Refund Policy.
No Refunds

Payments once made are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversal of transactions once an order is placed.
Replacement Policy

We only provide replacements, not refunds, in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during delivery.

The product is defective.

The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered).
Conditions for Replacement

Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of issue (clear images/videos of the product & packaging) must be shared with our support team.

The product must be unused and returned with original packaging.

If the same product is unavailable, we will provide a similar product of equal value.
Non-Replaceable Items

Replacements will not be provided for:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or lack of care.

Minor variations in color, size, or texture (as imitation jewellery may have slight differences).

Issues raised after 48 hours of delivery.
