Refund & Replacement Policy

At Trinket By Raga, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a No Refund Policy.

No Refunds

  • Payments once made are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversal of transactions once an order is placed.

Replacement Policy

  • We only provide replacements, not refunds, in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.

  • The product is defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered).

Conditions for Replacement

  • Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of issue (clear images/videos of the product & packaging) must be shared with our support team.

  • The product must be unused and returned with original packaging.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we will provide a similar product of equal value.

Non-Replaceable Items

  • Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or lack of care.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture (as imitation jewellery may have slight differences).

  • Issues raised after 48 hours of delivery.
